PPS (Pre-production samples)
As many ignore and skip this critical step, PPS is one of the most crucial steps insuring buyers not only to get good quality products, but also prevents big financial loss resulting from a devastating disruption of your supply chain.
Our team will examine in depth the raw materials that will be used during mass production, and only after our approval the supplier will produce sample products for final approval. In a nut shell, Pre-production samples allow both the manufacturer and the buyer to be entirely in agreement about the construction of the product. Once the PPS sample has been approved, the product can then move into manufacturing for the entire order.
Manufacturing (OEM/ODM)
Manufacturing (OEM/ODM) – Every good manufacturing process starts with the understanding of our clients needs. This is why we in S.R.T ASIA, can’t stress enough the importance of knowing our customers and posses the ability to tailor-made manufacturing solutions accordingly. We provide Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) services in which we manufacture an existing product without requiring much in the way of design or technical input, as the product offered is generally already on the market.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) services in which we manufacture
a new product that we developed based on a design provided by us or the buyer but using the supplier’s existing category expertise, supply chain, etc. The IP will rather belong to the buyer. Contract Manufacturer (CM) in which the customer has full ownership of the design and BOM, and we are solely responsible for manufacturing the customer’s drawings and requirements, in this case The IP will exclusively belong to the buyer.
IQC & FQC
We offer a variety of QC and QA solutions per Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL), pre-, during, and post-production. We work to identify defects and deviations, check workmanship, and verify safety properties and regulations, to create a product that meets your high standards. We also provide factory audit, live streaming inspection, laboratory testing and more.
Container Loading
Container loading ensure shipment quality and accuracy. We will catch potential problems before your products leave the factory. We will verify quantity, packaging, and labeling and make sure shipping information meets regulatory standards. Avoid costs and losses for damaged goods and incomplete or missing orders. Documentation
In the process of export/import there are varies documents to prepare and obtain in order to ship your goods legally and through customs clearance. Therefore, it is vital to have the right shipping documents for export and to fill them in correctly. We will do it for you and make sure you have everything you need to import your goods legally and smoothly.
